This Window & Door Replacement company had a strong online reputation and was securing a good volume of jobs. However, their primary goal was to attract high-ticket projects, specifically full-home window and door replacements.

To achieve this, we implemented the TRICA system through a targeted Google Ads campaign focused on high-value leads. 1) Google Ads & Tracking

Phase 1: Data Collection (Month 1)

We launched Google Search campaigns targeting broad, generic window replacement intent to gather initial data. This phase helped identify traffic patterns and user behavior. While we generated a strong lead volume, some inquiries were for smaller projects or off-target services.

Phase 2: Refinement (Month 2)

In Month 2, we built an extensive negative keyword list to filter irrelevant clicks, including competitor names. Ad groups were restructured, and ad copy refined to highlight key offers. Phase 3: Expansion & Retargeting
